Every piece from Nova Workshop is a one-of-a-kind creation, handcrafted in Scotland — no two pieces will ever be the same.

Processing times

• Standard orders: 1-2 days
• Personalised or custom items: 3-5 working days

Delivery Options

We offer tracked delivery on all orders so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

• Standard UK delivery: 2-4 working days after dispatch
• Express delivery: 1-2 working days after dispatch

You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free delivery to orders over £50.

Made-to-Order Note

Because every item is handmade specifically for you, slight variations in colour, grain or finish are completely normal — this is what makes each piece truly unique and one-of-a-kind. All pieces will be posted within 1–2 days of completion.

If you've reached out to us directly to request something specific or bespoke, please be aware that custom commissions may take a little longer depending on the complexity of your request. We'll always keep you updated on timescales once we've discussed your order.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your item, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

How to return an item

To start a return, please contact us at nova-workshop@outlook.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We'll provide you with a prepaid returns label so you can send the item back to us for free.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Conditions

Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging. Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
