Delivery

All of our products are handmade to order in Scotland at Nova Workshop. Because each item is crafted individually, please allow time for us to carefully prepare your order.

Processing times

• Standard orders: 7-10 working days
• Personalised or custom items: 7-15 working days

Delivery Options

We offer tracked delivery on all orders so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery. 

• Standard UK delivery: 2-4 working days after dispatch
• Express delivery: 1-2 working days after dispatch

You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Cost 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free delivery to orders over £50.

Made to-order note

Because every item is handmade specifically for you, slight variations in colour, grain or finish are completely norma. This is what makes each piece unique.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isnt right, we're here to help.

Returns

As our products are made to order and often personalised, we can only accept returns in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged
• You have received the wrong item

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns fr personalised items unless there is a fault, in line with UK custom-made goods guidelines.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

We will offer either:

• A replacement 
• Or a full refund
